Product warrantees are provided by manufacturers and distributors and are beyond our control. Should a product be received 'dead on arrival', or if you discover any defects in your product, please contact us immediately. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a refund.

Delivery is only available within New Zealand. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. We reserve the right of non delivery for any address we deem as suspicious and are unable to verify. Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in good condition, please contact us immediately. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Any personal information provided to this website is retained soley for the purposes of our contact and shipping. No information will be distributed to any other parties except as required by law.

All Credit Card transactions are processed immediately by the Bank. The payment page is hosted by the bank and secured with 128 bit encryption. The card details are entered directly into the banking system and are not stored by PMW. You will receive an instant confirmation of transaction approval or decline before being returned to the PMW web site.
